Account Manager Central Germany (m/f/d)
Position Summary
In this role, you will drive the continuous achievement of sales, marketing, and regulatory goals in collaboration with distributors, schools, and key opinion leaders within the defined region. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to enhance HuFriedyGroup´s business success and growth. The position requires approximately 80 % travel within the Central Germany region, as well as participation in national events and/or trade fairs.
Desired Qualifications for This Role:
Previous professional training, preferably in the dental sector, or relevant professional experience in sales.
Previous work experience in the dental sector or in sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and good oral and written communication skills in English.
Ability to develop close and effective collaboration with key distributors, opinion leaders in the dental industry, and dental practices in the specified region.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships based on “partnership and mutual benefit.”

Share Your Feedback & Experience Sterify Gel – Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of the Initiative
Through our "Share Your Feedback & Experience Sterify Gel" initiative, HuFriedyGroup is gathering expert insights on the handling experience, ease of use, and clinical performance of periodontal gels. In exchange for participant’s participation in this clinical feedback study, we will provide participants with our Sterify Gel for their evaluation and feedback.
2. Program Validity
Start Date: March 13, 2025
End Date: March 29, 2025 (final day of IDS)
Countries of Validity: Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands
3. How the Program Works
Participants will receive a Sterify Gel box in exchange for taking part in an on-site interview at IDS Cologne. The interview will be conducted by our Product Managers and will focus on the participant’s professional experience with periodontal gels.
Participation Steps:
1️) Pre-Event Registration
Complete a short online form (5 minutes).
Upload a picture of the periodontal gel currently used in practice.
2️) On-Site Interview at IDS 2025
Conduct a 20-minute interview with a HuFriedyGroup representative at Booth C070 – Hall 10.1.
Share insights on periodontal gel usage habits and preferences.
Receive a Sterify Gel box as part of the study.
3)Post-Event Follow-up
Participants agree to provide feedback via email regarding their direct experience with Sterify Gel.
Follow-up emails will be sent after IDS 2025 to collect further insights.
4. Data Collection & CRM Registration
Each participant's information will be recorded in HuFriedyGroup’s CRM system to :
Ensure proper tracking of Sterify Gel boxes provided to participants and enable follow-up via email to collect the mandatory feedback required in exchange for participation in the initiative.
Allow participants to receive communications about the Sterify Gel evaluation, related offers, and updates.
By participating in this initiative, participants consent to being contacted for communications related to the initiative and for the purpose of collecting feedback on Sterify Gel.
5. Time Commitment
Online registration & photo upload: ~5 minutes
On-site interview at IDS: ~20 minutes
Follow-up email feedback: ~5 minutes
6. Participant Eligibility
Open only to licensed dental professionals practicing in the participating countries.
Participants must complete both the pre-registration and on-site interview to be eligible to receive Sterify Gel.
Participants are also required to take part in a post-event follow-up survey to share feedback on their experience with Sterify Gel as part of the initiative.
7. Legal & Compliance Statement
HuFriedyGroup reserves the right to modify or terminate the initiative at any time without prior notice.
