Khayat Endo Plastic Filling Instrument
The Dr. Bertrand Khayat Endodontic Surgical Kit includes the new PFI8ABK6 filling instrument, which has one angled, and one straight spatula end. Clinicians often only use one end on conventional spatulas, but both ends of this instrument are useful. The straight spatula end is excellent for hard to reach areas in complex surgical procedures.

Khayat Endo Microsurgical Plugger
The PLGBK6 Plugger, with its 4.5mm and 6.0mm working ends, is ideal for packing retrofilling materials. It was specifically designed for use in deep canal preparation.

PERIO SURGICAL BASIC KIT
The purpose of the resective bone surgery in periodontal therapy is to achieve a minimum probing pocket depth with an adequate amount of keratinised tissue. The Surgical Kit we developed in collaboration with HuFriedyGroup is intended to succeed in a proper handling of the soft and hard tissue with the preservation of the supracrestal connective fibers still attached to the root cementum (fibreors technique) in order to achieve the endpoint of the treatment with a more conservative approach.

PERIO SURGICAL KIT MICRO
In collaboration with HuFriedyGroup we developed a micro surgical kit with the main purpose to handle at the best level, by microsurgical approach, periodontal and peri-implant soft tissues. The main issue is to achieve the endpoints of the treatment in which mucogingival strategies are needed (papilla preservation techniques in periodontal reconstruction or flap design in the treatment of mucogingival deformities) with the aim to maximize the wound healing with less biological cost for the patient. Less invasive for best results.

INSTRUMENTS DESIGNED IN COLLABORATION WITH PROF. MARIO AIMETTI
Aimetti Knife 1
Intended use: Spear point Periodontal Inter-proximal Knife for carefully removing the supracrestal soft tissue at inter-dental sites during gengivectomy procedures associated with osseous resective surgery. This blade was specifically introduced for its application in Fiber Retention Osseous Resective Surgery Technique.
Clinical significance: thanks to its sharp cutting edges, it permits fine control during the selective dissection of the granulation tissue from the connective fibers attached to the most concave portion of the periodontal defect. Moreover, its anatomical shape allows for better access in narrow inter-dental spaces compared to commercially available inter-proximal knives (Orban 5/6, Buck 1/2, Goldman-Fox 8/11).

Spear point Periodontal Inter-proximal Knife similar to Aimetti 1, except blades are offset for easier handling in more posterior region (distal to first/second molars).
