1. Purpose of the Initiative
The "Share Your Feedback & Experience Sterify Gel" initiative aims to provide dental professionals with the opportunity to evaluate Sterify Gel as part of a clinical feedback study. The purpose is to gather expert insights on the handling experience, ease of use, and clinical performance of the product from professionals already accustomed to using periodontal gels.
2. Program Validity
- Start Date: May 06, 2025
- End Date: May 17, 2025 (final day of EuroPerio11)
- Countries of Validity: Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands
3. How the Program Works
Participants will receive a Sterify Gel box in exchange for taking part in an on-site interview at EuroPerio11 Vienna. The interview will be conducted by our Product Managers and will focus on the participant’s professional experience with periodontal gels.
Participation Steps:
1️) Pre-Event Registration
- Complete a short online form (5 minutes).
- Upload a picture of the periodontal gel currently used in practice.
2️) On-Site Interview at EuroPerio11
- Conduct a 20-minute interview with a HuFriedyGroup representative at Booth No.:M04
- Share insights on periodontal gel usage habits and preferences.
- Receive a Sterify Gel box as part of the study.
3)Post-Event Follow-Up
- Participants agree to provide feedback via email regarding their direct experience with Sterify Gel.
- Follow-up emails will be sent after EuroPerio11 to collect further insights.
4. Data Collection & CRM Registration
Each participant's information will be recorded in HuFriedyGroup’s CRM system to:
· Ensure proper tracking of Sterify Gel boxes provided to participants.
· Enable follow-up for further evaluation and feedback.
· Allow participants to receive communications about the Sterify Gel evaluation, related offers, and updates.
By submitting a photo and participating in this initiative, participants consent to being contacted regarding this program and receiving communications related to Sterify Gel and promotional offers.
5. Time Commitment
- Online registration & photo upload: ~5 minutes
- On-site interview at EuroPerio11: ~20 minutes
- Follow-up email feedback: ~5 minutes
6. Participant Eligibility
- Open only to licensed dental professionals practicing in the participating countries.
- Participants must complete both the pre-registration and on-site interview to be eligible to receive Sterify Gel.
7. Legal & Compliance Statement
This initiative is not a giveaway or free sample program. Participation involves an exchange of professional insights through an interview process in return for the opportunity to evaluate Sterify Gel. The program has been structured to collect legitimate research and feedback regarding the product’s performance.
