Sure-Check™ pouches contain built-in, multi parameter internal and external process indicators that change color when all three criteria for sterilization exposure have been met – time, temperature and pressure. The pouches are manufactured from medical grade paper with an extra-wide chevron to protect against instrument breaching. A thumb-notch makes for easy opening, six corner tack seals help prevent curling and other potential contaminants from entering pouch upon opening, while a perforated fold helps ensure the adhesive strip forms an airtight seal upon sealing. For use with steam and EtO sterilization processes only. When used in steam processes pink indicators will turn dark brown. When used in EtO processes green indicator will turn gold/brown. Once sterilized, contents will remain sterile for up to three years provided the integrity of the pouch has not been compromised. Double pouch validation verified.
